1. Hum kya maloomat lete hain (What we collect) Jab aap apna Shopify store connect karte hain, hum aap ke orders ki maloomat (customer ka naam, phone number, address, order items, amount) process karte hain taake bot order confirm kar sake. Hum aap ka WhatsApp business number aur us par customer ke saath message/call ka record bhi rakhte hain. Aap ka account: naam, email, phone. 2. Is ka istemal kaise hota hai (How we use it) - Order confirmation ke liye customer ko WhatsApp message / call bhejna. - Aap ko dashboard par analytics, profit/P&L, aur delivery status dikhana. - Service ko behtar banane aur masail (bugs) theek karne ke liye. Hum aap ka ya aap ke customers ka data KISI ko bechte NAHI, na hi advertising ke liye third parties ko dete hain. 3. Sharing (Third parties) Data sirf un services ke saath share hota hai jo bot chalane ke liye zaroori hain: Shopify (aap ka store), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), AI providers (Claude/Google/OpenAI — sirf reply banane ke liye, customer PII minimal). Courier companies ko sirf shipping ke liye zaroori maloomat jati hai. 4. Storage & Security Data hamare secure server par store hota hai. Passwords hashed hain; API tokens encrypted/masked. Sirf authorized admin ko access hai. Multi-tenant isolation: har merchant sirf apna data dekhta hai. 5. Retention & Deletion Aap ka data tab tak rakha jata hai jab tak aap ka account active hai. Account band karne par aap request kar sakte hain ke aap ka data delete kiya jaye (order records qanooni/accounting zaroorat ke tehat kuch arsa mehfooz rah sakte hain). 6. Aap ke haqooq (Your rights) Aap apna data dekh, theek karwa, ya delete karwa sakte hain — admin se rabta karein (neeche Contact).
